Best Bachelorette Party in SF

One of the happiest moments in life is finding out your best friend is getting married, and she wants you to be her Maid of Honor. Now, you are in charge of making sure she has the greatest Bachelorette party in SF.

However, planning an epic send-off is no small feat — it’s a huge responsibility with a lot of factors to consider.

Here are some tips to help you create a bachelorette party in SF that will impress the bride-to-be and create lifelong memories.

Choosing Your Venue

I found it was best to start by planning the main evening event before anything else. With all the options in San Francisco, choosing one venue is overwhelming.

After searching far and wide for the perfect place to dance the night away and celebrate the occasion, I ended up choosing Hawthorn SF nightclub. For a fun-filled celebration that the bride-to-be will never forget, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. They went out of their way to make sure the night was everything we could have hoped for: great music, amazing bottle service, and an elegant atmosphere.

When planning the occasion, I recommend booking a table and ordering bottle service. This made it so that our group had our own special space without having to travel back and forth to the bar. We could still enjoy the club atmosphere even from our seats. If it can fit into your budget, Hawthorn also does private events with bottle service!

Choosing Your Accommodations

If it’s within your budget, you may decide to turn your Bachelorette party into a Bachelorette weekend. This option makes a lot of sense for those who have guests flying in from out of town. It’s also the best way to extend your trip and create more memories together.

You may opt to swing for a fancy suite for everyone at a hotel downtown, or you can rent a home from a home sharing site for the whole gang to crash in. We found that this option proved to be more fun, cost-effective and comfortable for everyone in the group.

Choosing Your Daytime Events

Depending on your bride, doing a daytime activity is an excellent addition to your weekend celebrations. Some great activities to consider if you are throwing a bachelorette party in SF are:

  • Spa Day. If you have a bride who just wants to relax and be pampered before her special day.
  • Wine Tour. One of the perks of being in the bay area is the easy access to wine country, and a wine tour can be a great way to bond with your gals.
  • Hiking. This activity is perfect for the outdoorsy bride. It encourages team bonding and instills a sense of accomplishment among the group.

Plan Ahead

Whether you are planning a big weekend in SF, or just one incredible night for your bride-to-be and your best friends, planning ahead will ensure a stress-free experience. That way, when the time comes, all you have to do is enjoy the bottle service and dance the night away!
